Make Profile Data Accessible. I cant access the full profile bio for any of my 300 community members.

we need a drop down in the Community Navigation for ALL members that shows name and details (Just like the Affiliates drop down under Affiliate Manager).
I have no way of accessing the full bio of my members currently (I pull this data into other systems and i cant access the full bio as an admin)...See screenshot.
Remove the Auto Pop UP for a new user requiring them to fill out the profile and photo (I NEED THIS TURNED OFF) or the option to turn off - its messing up any custom CSS i add to the portal for all new users.
