Game changer communities GHL own payment gateway like skool or nas.io or hotmart

Hello,
Gohighlevel is a very large company that could easily negotiate with payment platforms. To compete with communities providers like Skool, Nas.io or hotmart, it should have its own payment gateway integrated into communities, so that anyone creating a community would already have the option to charge using Gohighlevel's proprietary payment solution.
Skool already has its own payment platform for paid communities. Additionally, it offers features such as charging for other services within the community, like courses, meetings, seminars, Gohighlevel memberships, and different types of memberships within the same community for categories, challenges, and more.
This eliminates the friction of having to integrate each Gohighlevel account and sub-account with its own payment gateway. While this option could still be available, Gohighlevel should provide a built-in payment and payout service.
It should include a dashboard to track all charges and payments.
Skool is making payments to community owners every Wednesday.
This would be a game-changer and would trigger an explosion in community creation. Otherwise, Gohighlevel will fall far behind, as solutions like Hotmart, Skool, and Nas.io already have this integration and offer the ease of creating a community and practically starting a community-based business immediately.
This could also be extended to all of Gohighlevel's payment processes for its clients who resell the platform and its additional services.
This solution would complete Gohighlevel and make it the most competitive and expansive platform in the market.
I hope you consider this matter urgent.
Best regards.

Im so confused as to what solution you are seeking here exactly ? GHL does everything you mentioned. Only lets you select ANY payment processor you like.. Having a GHL native process would be cool, but it wouldn’t really change any of the functionality you mention here. Paid community, Courses, memberships and pay walls for channels already exist

Corey Wilson Hello, the option that Gohighlevel currently offers is that each person or company needs to use their own payment processor, such as Stripe, PayPal, or NMI. In other words, every client must individually create their own account with these services.
What is being requested here is for Gohighlevel to integrate a native payment solution, so that anyone who wants to create a community would automatically have a built-in payment option available.
Skool started off similarly, where each customer had to integrate their own Stripe account. Now, that is no longer necessary—customers simply create an account on Skool, and the platform provides its own payment gateway (which could be powered by Stripe or another service behind the scenes). This way, users can create their community and immediately start charging for community access, courses, and more, without the need to integrate external payment processors. Skool then handles the payouts to community owners every Wednesday, as it currently does.
Thanks.

Jaime Benalcazar - Exponencial Awesome, i see your angle clearly now. It’s not the functionality of how to take payments however your asking for GHL to reduce the friction of facilitating payments by enabling a native “LeadConnector” payment gateway. Much like they do with emails and phones.
I imagine they have this on the cards somewhere, and they would love to scalp the payment fees like skool and Kajabi and such. But it could be complex with the Agency/sub-sub account relationships. Sub-Account owners would have the option of using a 2.5% native option from the agency, or connect stripe for 1.5%…
Agency’s would most likely turn it off because they dont want to be a support ticket handler when it comes to peoples transactions.
It’s easier to let them handle it with stripe directly.
If they do, it will still require a very similar KYC/Verification process like any other payment processor currently does, GHL would most likely piggyback off a big player like stripe to facilitate this, and you would end up with a very similar experience.
It Could open up the door to GHL offering BNPL payment plans for High value programs tho …. That’s would defiantly get some traction.
Thanks.

Corey Wilson Yes, and in addition, this could be extended not only to the community service but to the entire Gohighlevel ecosystem, meaning across all services, which would eliminate friction everywhere, allowing Gohighlevel to handle all payments and charges.
Currently, the verification process with other payment processors is done because it is uncertain whether the products being sold are legal or illegal. In this case, it is clear that the purpose is to sell courses, memberships, paid communities, and software reselling like SaaS, so it is a controlled environment.
Let’s hope the proposal is accepted.
Best regards.

Jaime Benalcazar - Exponencial The verification process is not required for taking the money, its more required for withdrawing the money.
They wont have lower fees than stripe, so I wouldn’t use it across any of my accounts, however if they wanted to create features to this it would be cool. But i doubt they will be able to make it easier than signing up for any other payment processor.

Corey Wilson Maybe this can help, Skool says it is more affordable than Stripe, but this is something they would need to evaluate. Here are several details from Skool's FAQ on this topic.
