A worrying setting in communities is access is unrestricted and makes it easy for bad actors to access communities and steal IP. All one has to do is sign up and you're "in". Invites might solve this but also customers who have purchased should also be allowed instant access. Maybe by invite generated at time of purchase in purchase verification and login email.
I've also been having trouble uploading media in posts. Movies are not uploading, (no upload progress status display) and images are clipped in an awkward post box dimension when clicked.

Enhancing the integration of groups and communities within the platform is essential. Our goal is to facilitate a seamless process for adding desired individuals to communities while enabling a unified login that grants access. This approach also extends to memberships and courses, with a shared password allowing users to access all components with a single login credential.
Furthermore, we seek to empower administrators with the ability to customize community experiences by removing the Affiliate feature for communities that do not utilize it. Additionally, we aim to enhance new member onboarding by implementing a pre-questionnaire and rule acceptance process for communities, ensuring alignment with community values and guidelines.

RevEx Group, there are a lot of similar requests for private communities/groups. Can we get those merged in to reflect a more accurate vote count?

The groups and communities needs to be integrated better with the platform. We should be able to easily select people we want to add to communities and have ONE login that gains access. Same with memberships and courses. The password should be tied to all so a user can get access to everything with 1 login.
Also, administrative capability to remove Affiliate from showing in the communities for those who don't use it.

David Hall: Circle does a pretty good job with this. The course and "channel" can all reside in the left column. When they click on the "course" they are taken into the course. When they click on the "channel" they see the feed related to that. Seamless.

Ed Ferrigan: I agree. Circle does a good job of a lot of it. This is why it should be better integrated with the whole platform and offer more customization. As it is, it feels more like a secondary piece of software that is just linked to within GHL.
