Add Communities as a selectable inbox in Conversations (Team Inbox / My Inbox / Communities).

Show an unread badge and timestamp on the Communities inbox.

Allow filters: unread, mentions, pinned posts.

Clicking an item opens the exact thread in the membership area.

Permission controls so admins/mods only see moderated threads.

Open Conversations → select Communities → see threads sorted by unread and time → click to open full thread in Membership.
