The problem:

Currently, we can trigger workflows from community activities (like new posts or comments), but we cannot automate posting into a community channel based on external CRM events. This severely limits our ability to drive engagement, celebrate member wins, and automate announcements.

Please add new Community Actions inside the Workflow Builder, specifically, Create Community Post: Allows us to select a specific Group and Channel, then use custom values to automatically publish a post. Create Community Comment: Allows us to automatically drop a comment on a specific post thread.

Why this is valuable: This feature would allow creators and agency owners to automate highly engaging community interactions, such as:

Automatically posting a celebratory "Welcome [Contact.First_Name]!" message in a general channel when a new member joins.

Celebrating a student win (e.g., "Congrats to [Contact.First_Name] for finishing Course") the moment they complete a product or milestone.

Broadcasting automated announcements or weekly check-ins across multiple client sub-accounts instantly.
