I'd like to have the option to be notified when a post is made by every community member or just when I am @mentioned.

This - We just started using communities and if I would have known there weren't notifications for new posts we likely wouldn't have. Its become shocking to me 1) how obvious of a feature this is (like should have been on the list of things they "MUST HAVE HAD" when the Communities feature was first conceived and 2) How much traction there is on asking for this feature and how its still not a thing.

We need an option to be notified of all new posts because people sometimes forget to use the at everyone tag.

Customized notifications on the client side is urgent. There option is either unsubscribe completely or they miss notifications because people aren't hanging out on the community they need to be notified at their discretion.

Beverley Simpson, Yes! The community member should be able to specify which channels they get notifications from. Maybe even which other members they get notifications from...
A daily/weekly/monthly digest (including leaderboard moves) and then separate notifications on particular channels, courses, or other criteria.

Our community is dead despite building it up with the right people--all because of one vital feature missing.
The notification email being sent out is not designed to be clicked by the viewer! What a waste of a community this is.
Please see examples of how Skool sends out its posts vis-a-vis what we get to see in GHL.
RESULT
- The mails feel like spam
- People dont know what the posts are about or if they are of any use
- No one really hangs out inside a Highlvel community like they do on social media
- So They unsubscribe
Basically, there is NO COMMUNITY IN PLACE.

We not only need to see the full post with the Title in the email, but we also need
- Send by SMS option
- Email notification with full preview even for calendar events (for the exact same reasons)!
- Option to receive/ send all posts by admin, all posts in the group or posts in which they have been mentioned

Yes, knowing when a Member has posted in a community would be great. Or have a Workflow option to send internal app notification/email or SMS to My Staff to let them know that a "Post" has been made in the Community Group

My client mentions this at least once per week. Not only do we need notifications, but they need to be app notifications with and SMS option like Task notifications
