Community Channel Descriptions do not display anywhere

Please display them so people get insight into each channel, else why have them.

The descriptions are hidden behind the settings button. It seems to me that the settings button should be visible on hover (not wait until after someone clicks into the channel).
If I am imagining what Clifford and Jodee are asking for it would be that the description would be displayed at the top of the screen when someone is in that particular channel.

I would like to see a member status = moderator.
And an additional channel tier (VIP/premium/limited access).
Being able to see comments by a particular member would be very helpful to assess the person's level of participation.
Also, if the admins could have a link directly to the member's training analytics in the core platform that would be great.

We found this out ourselves today too - we want these descriptions to show!
