This is upcoming since March? Can we speed that up?
You can now hear a sound on the customer side but nothing on the user side. We need to have notification when chats or any message of choice is coming in. No way that you hear a live chat when you are in a busy office. You cannot stare at the screen permanently. Our customers are loosing business if they do not react on the live chat immediately.
