It would be nice for members to show up as “anonymous” to other members- for communities that discuss sensitive information, such as health.

Could we please add a feature to the communities to allow users to post anonymously
(Facebook groups have this feature)
it is useful inside communities dealing with personal / relationship issues etc and a user wants help but doesn't want to expose themselves personally
