Currently, there is an issue with the event calendar where users are unable to manually adjust individual meetings within a recurring event. This becomes problematic when there are anomalies such as holidays or specific date changes. The inability to edit a single meeting separately from the series results in undesired adjustments to the entire event schedule.

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲:

𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮:

• Users should be able to manually adjust individual meetings within a recurring event without affecting the entire series.

• Implement a drag-and-drop feature to allow users to move specific meetings to different dates.

• Changes made to individual meetings should not automatically adjust other meetings in the series.

• Ensure that modifications made within the event calendar reflect accurately in external calendars (e.g., Google Calendar) for users who have added the events.

• Avoid sending out additional email notifications for events when making changes to individual meetings within a series.

This enhancement will provide users with the flexibility to manage anomalies or specific date changes within recurring events effectively.
