Hi all. We are working on this. We would be introducing a new set of badges along with the ability to configure the criteria for the same. This should be live by next month end.

Furthermore. Give members the ability to "share" their newest badge or certification to the Discussion tab without their having to download a jpg. Go into the community, create a post, attach their certification, then describe their accomplishment. etc. A button on their certificate would be share to the [insert specific channel] a post is subsequently created and they can type a description or just post the certificate with their name on it.

It would be great to have the option to include badges on the profile page for individuals in the community. When they're profile is visited, it would have a section for both certifications and badges.

We need this because it will enhance some community feature and change the gamification style
