Please allow the option to customize the client portal. Turn on or off the affiliate option, maybe we do not have an affiliate plan and want to remove that from our client portal. Also allow custom CSS so we can customize our client portal.

Adding a vote with a specific case: we're migrating 120+ hosting clients into HighLevel and the portal is the one place the white-label promise breaks down. We've branded the app, the domain, and the emails — then clients land in a portal showing Courses, Communities, Affiliates, Badges, Certificates, and profile fields like "Profile Slug" and "Bio" that have nothing to do with their hosting account.
Three reasons this is worth prioritizing:
- It undermines white-label, which is a core reason agencies pay for HighLevel. The portal is often the only HighLevel surface our end clients ever see, and it's the least brandable one.
- Irrelevant options generate support load for us. Every module a client can't use is a question we answer. Onboarding non-technical clients onto a new platform is hard enough without menu items that lead nowhere relevant.
- You've already validated the principle — App Permissions just needs to go further. We're not asking for arbitrary code (we understand the security concerns on a page showing payment methods). Settings-level control would solve most of these 1,400 votes: rename nav labels, hide/reorder nav items, hide unused profile fields, and add one custom link so we can connect our own tools. That's low-risk, mobile-app-compatible, and would close the gap.

I would agree. It would also be wonderful if we could change the name/labels of different objects. Changing the names of Courses, Affiliates, Memberships, etc. would make this a lot more flexible.

RevEx Group Any feedback here on the progress? Members are very upset they can't change the colours inside the portal and it's been in progress for over a year

Team Ivorey oh, they made an update. It's even worse now. The new portal has invoices, estimates, contracts, and affiliates on the users page, and you can't remove them. It is insanely confusing for people who are just students in the courses and members of the group. It's so bad.

Abhishek Maheshwari then its turned off for everyone. If I do that then affiliates don't have a portal or other clients that need those features can't use. Thats my point. And when / if you add booking that creates and even worse issue.

Also the portal buttons and labels are terrible for accesssibility. Anything smaller than about 16px should be outlawed!

I am testing this now and it says you can include contracts and other things. I do think the file upload section needs to be able to create folders and bulk delete and bulk download. These are important! Thanks!
