The ability for someone to be able to log in to the client portal and be able to add a new credit card on file at any time to use for future invoices/subscriptions. They can delete existing credit cards now but they can not add a new one via the client portal.

The customer portal needs to have a place for the customer to update their billing information for subscriptions and also new purchases.
