I would love the ability to export/view phone system reports beyond the dashboard.
Things to track (a lot of these are in the dashboard already):
number of calls
avg duration
total duration
First call of the day
Last call of the day
the calls and unique data (date, time, duration, etc)
The dashboard gives good info, but having a dedicated phone reports page in settings would be great, because looking at the dashboard, or looking at the conversation panel to get this data is meticulous and not efficient at all.
gohighlevel is a sales and marketing orientated CRM, we should be able to easily look at all data of phone sales reps.
