I have an SMTP integration for my e-mail service. When I setup my automation workflows with e-mails, I can set the From Name and From E-mail. When I send e-mails directly out of the Contacts/CRM, I can set the From Name and From E-mail. When a Document goes out for signature, I cannot set the From Name or From E-mail, but it still appears based on my User Profile (that works for me.... What does not work is all Client Portal Notifications (added to group, granted course access, etc) do not allow me to set the From Name and From E-mail. As a result, the system is just sending with my default e-mail address and the user does not see the From Name. This is an inconsistency that damages the user experience and impacts e-mail deliverability for those of us using SMTP.
