It would be very helpful to have an option in the Course Builder to disable subtitles/CC by default for all course videos.

Currently, subtitles are automatically displayed in the video player, and students need to manually turn them off using the CC button. In some videos, the subtitles cover a significant part of the content, and we also don’t have the option to edit the generated text.

It would be great to have a global setting that allows course creators to choose whether subtitles are ON or OFF by default.
