Native session credits for memberships (monthly allowance, shared pool, auto-deduct)

Membership studios sell plans like "8 sessions a month." Please add native session credits:
- A monthly allowance granted by a subscription, resetting on the billing date or the 1st (no rollover option).
- Credits deducted automatically when an appointment is marked "showed" (or at booking, configurable), refunded on cancellation within policy.
- Optionally shared across associated contacts (family/team plans).
- Overage handling: allow, block, or charge a set price per extra session.
- Visible to staff on the contact and to clients in the portal.
