If we are going to be able to increase usage and quality of our communities it is insane to not have these two triggers:
  • First time user has logged in and set up their user in the portal (NOT just them having been invited)
  • Login to the portal (This way we can, for example, send an email to someone who has not logged into the portal in over 3 months, etc.) There seems to be a login trigger for client portal but it's not working and support doesn't know why at this time. So this one might not be necessary if it's already in existence.
Simple KPIs would be:
  • Actually set up their community account
  • Last time logged into their community account
So we need triggers for these.
WIth triggers we could have proper stats.
With these triggers we could then improve those KPIs for example by sending an email to people who have not set up their account in over 3 days. Or who have not logged in for a long time, etc.
