We have a community in Discord where our live chats occur. GHL communities are really more of a forum format. Would be great to have a live chat capability like a Discord, even if it was one channel in a group to provide that fast interaction and notification of a Discord.

Yes, this is very much needed, ideally channels could be created in a "chat" format (Discord/Slack style) or the current post format. This would make Communities much more valuable! Can you take a look at this Shaun Clark Shivani Gera Nilasish Pal ?

Or even just a good Discord integration would be perfect! I'd like to allow workflows to assign roles in Discord.

One thing I noticed some Skool groups are doing is unlocking the function to chat with other members after hitting a certain level. This will help to decrease spammers that simply show up looking to spam without engaging in the community.
