Help improve communication and workflow visibility! I’m proposing a feature that sends real-time notifications to internal users when a client uploads a file to their portal and alerts clients when an internal user shares a file with them.

How is this still not implemented? Please make file uploads a workflow trigger. Without a way to detect when a new file has been uploaded, the file-sharing feature is basically useless.

Or we need at least an option to have file upload be an available automation trigger.

How is this not setup! This should have been part of the MVP. Myself and clients are expected to check every clients contact record for uploaded file manually? Please expedite this
