All my users are automatically made an affiliate, and are added to the required campaign. Because they already exist as a contact I've been told they need to use 'forgot password' at their first login in and create their account in the portal that way - surely this isn't the case?

Would be really happy to hear that I'm missing something really obvious but GHL support and independent GHL experts have all said the same thing.

Is anyone else finding this a problem?
