Let’s bridge the gap between our Client Portal and the CRM. I’m proposing that all client portal activity — like file uploads, downloads, form submissions, and course activity — automatically log on the client’s Contact Record in the Activity section.
Why this matters:
*Gives internal teams a complete, real-time picture of client interactions
*Improves follow-up, service delivery, and accountability
*Creates a clear, accessible audit trail for every client
We'd like to be able to pull up a client’s record and instantly see when they logged in last, when they uploaded a document, viewed a file we shared, etc. It would streamline user workflows, strengthen communication, and save valuable time.
