🛑 Problem
We currently grant access piecemeal (courses, groups, docs, invoices, offers, etc.) via “Offer Access Granted,” “Group Access Granted,” etc.
No single “Client Portal Access Granted” trigger exists, nor any way to detect “Account Not Activated” (i.e. user hasn’t set a password or logged in).
Without login detection, agencies must build awkward workarounds in Automations—and still can’t easily email everyone who never actually logs in.
💡 Proposed Solution
New Trigger: “Client Portal Access Granted”
Fires whenever any of: course, group, document, invoice or offer access is granted
New Condition / Exit: “Has Never Logged In”
A built-in boolean that’s true until the user’s first successful login
Pre-Built Drip Sequence (configurable in Client Portal Email Settings):
Delay 1 day, then send “Set up your password & access your portal” email again
Delay 3 days, then send “Still haven’t activated your portal?” email
Delay 7 days, then send “Last chance to unlock your content” email
Stops automatically as soon as the user logs in for the first time
🎯 Why It Matters
Zero extra setup—agencies turn on a proven 3-step re-engagement drip in one click.
Better onboarding—dramatically higher activation rates, fewer support tickets chasing logins.
Faster time to value—users actually see the content you’ve granted rather than letting it collect digital dust.
