Ability to have a customized dashboard of client progress in the portal

Right now the current portal is just like a course platform like Skool and Thinkific. We want to use it to track client progress which our coaches/admins can interact with and edit.
For example:
• Coach A has a call with Client A
• Coach A adds a task for Client A to do before their next call and adds it to the portal
• Client A can then login to the portal and see the list of tasks they need to do and check of items that they have completed. This serves as their accountability
• Admin also has a section where they can put call recording links so that Client A and Coach A can see that record and this is also private to only Client A
• If possible we also want documents to be uploadable to the portal for each client so they can review them in the future.
