Session Monitoring and Live Outbound Messaging

When a chatwidget loads, we can see a session has started. We should also be able to go into the widget live and send an outbound message. Below is a screenshot from talkto that supports this capability.

The ability to send an outbound message via a workflow trigger like "new site visitor" workflow trigger and then a live chat action to send a message and then process the responses for the message would be ideal and allow a ton of different sales prospecting scenarios to engage your website traffic. Other live chat products like Tidio.com have similar capabilities
