In the real world, workers do many things and may not be inside the CRM at all. When a new live chat starts and a worker is on the phone, sipping coffee or building a spreadsheet, we need a NOTICEABLE POP_UP to get their attention (with the option of an audible) ... I envision a Chrome Extension or .exe that would POPUP, blink to get the users attention since any sort of sales inquiry needs to be handled quickly. This is true for human and AI bot conversations.
We cannot assume all our customers will have a bot so humans need prompting to engage in conversations. The POPUP should pop-over open apps to get the users attention. The audible is needed for when the CRM window or browser itself, is not open or sitting in the tray.
