Need custom field on chat widget

On the chat widget, we have four options, Name field, email field phone field, and message field, But now I want to add another field like, Zip code, How do you know about us with dropdown ( social, IG, FB, etc)

Absolutely, this is very necessary. We need the ability to add any custom field (s) to the chat widget. For instance, 1 of my clients offer education to students and corporations. I would like to create a toggle on the chat widget where the user can choose if they are a student or corporate. Based on the selection, unique workflows will trigger. This is SO NEEDED Highlevel.
