One of the restrictions at present is the ability to do a smooth handover from AI Chat to a Live Agent and notify the available resources of a new Live Handover. A big win for business.

We need this on all webchats. For instance you should be able to turn on Live Chat from the dashboard when your recenptionist or assigned live chat agent is in, and when they turn it off it switches to the message chat or which ever one you choose when the receptionist is not available, or has gone home for the evening.
