Present options to live chat users so they can choose pre-selected fields that will put them on a certain path. I'd also like the ability to create a workflow that assigns certain agents to an inbound message based on the chosen pre-selected answer.
For example, if there's a drop down with Option A, Option B, Option C and the user selects Option A; HighLevel would automatically assign the user to any agent who's capable of answering questions about Option A.
