It would be nice if the Live Chat feature could support Chinese. I was able to get it to respond in Spanish, but the Chinese message it wrote never came through in the live chat.

Interesting that Spanish works but Chinese doesn't. We've had similar issues with non-Latin character sets in other parts of GHL. Are you seeing the Chinese text in the conversation history at all or does it just not display in the widget?
