Feature Request: Internal Support Chat for Agency to Sub-Accounts & Community Chat
I would like to propose the addition of a robust Internal Support Chat feature that allows agencies to communicate directly with sub-account clients for support and ongoing conversations. Additionally, I would suggest incorporating a Communities Chat functionality, similar to Facebook Messenger, to foster interaction within various communities.
Key elements of the proposed feature include:
Direct Chat for Support: Enable agencies to provide real-time assistance and communicate directly with sub-account clients.
Community Chat Rooms: Allow the creation of group chats for communities, enabling members to engage and collaborate seamlessly.
Categorized Chats: Offer the ability to organize chats by different categories, ensuring clarity and easy navigation.
Chat History: Implement message saving capabilities to maintain a record of all conversations for future reference.

Yes! This would be a great addition to the Communities so that we can foster networking as well between the members in the Communities and also the ability to restrict the chats between members for those who only want the chat to be for the owners/admins of the Community.
