Increase Maximum messages an AI can send PLEASE...At least to 50

Sometimes the Ai conversates with clients that have a lot of questions, especially in customer support.
Then the AI needs to follow up (which increases the messages we have exhausted). By the time we need to book a support call, the AI stops responding
Why?
The AI went to sleep...
Sometimes it might just be that: That AI had a conversation with someone. 1 today, another the next Wednesday and another on Thursday, by the time it comes to Friday, the AI responds Once. Then goes to Sleep. Leaving the client ghosted....
