The chat bubble design is terrible. It's displayed prominently on the web page, so it's just as important as the web design. We can't recommend it to our clients unless you can fine-tune the bubble size, margins, color, font and boldness of characters.

Same issue here. The current bubble sticks out like a sore thumb on most client sites. Even basic color matching would help but yeah, we need full control over the styling if we're going to present this as a professional solution.
