CTA Suggestion for Chat Widget

Would be useful to enable suggestions (that are common CTAs) when a user opens the chat widget to start a conversation. For example, they could click on : I have questions, I want to talk to a human, I'm looking for X item, etc.
Could also become AI driven suggestions based on user response that appear as the conversations goes on.
