CTA Suggestion for Chat Widget

Would be useful to enable suggestions (that are common CTAs) when a user opens the chat widget to start a conversation. For example, they could click on : I have questions, I want to talk to a human, I'm looking for X item, etc.
Could also become AI driven suggestions based on user response that appear as the conversations goes on.

Need the ability to have ice breakers in the chat widget like you have for your support chat widget. Why has this not happened yet?
