Currently, there is no way of us being notified if someone submits the live chat.
It would be great if we could set up so that an email, sms and/or (preferably) slack message is sent when someone wants to get in touch with us.

In the real world, workers do many things and may not be inside the CRM at all. When a new live chat starts and a worker is on the phone, sipping coffee or building a spreadsheet, we need a NOTICEABLE POP_UP to get their attention (with the option of an audible) ... I envision a Chrome Extension or .exe that would POPUP, blink to get the users attention since any sort of sales inquiry needs to be handled quickly. This is true for human and AI bot conversations.
We cannot assume all our customers will have a bot so humans need prompting to engage in conversations. The POPUP should pop-over open apps to get the users attention. The audible is needed for when the CRM window or browser itself, is not open or sitting in the tray.

Is there any option where we can receive the whole details that was opted in the chat widget and not just have the plain notification of "Congratulations! You have received a chat. The following are the submission details."
Basically, we want the whole "submissions details" included in the notification.

Our clients constantly miss the actual form details too. They see the notification but then have to dig into the conversation to find what the person actually submitted. Including the submission data right in the email notification would save everyone time.

The number of chats we miss because someone stepped away for 5 minutes is frustrating. A proper desktop notification that breaks through whatever app you're in would solve this instantly.

That workaround with the automation works but feels like something that should just be native. Are you getting reliable triggers from the LiveChat or does it miss some conversations?

I agree this would be a welcome feature. I would also love it if the chatbot could include a transcript of the conversation in the notification email.

this would be realllllllly helpful. I have clients complaining about how messy conversations gets and how they miss stuff. Yes i know i can notify people but.... if busy business owners are busy, and older owners prefer to just check email bs an app / conversations
