Currently, there is no way of us being notified if someone submits the live chat.
It would be great if we could set up so that an email, sms and/or (preferably) slack message is sent when someone wants to get in touch with us.

WORKAROUND: simple automation. Trigger = customer replied in LiveChat. ACTION = Internal Notification - notification - include message body in the body of notification. Redirect to the conversation.

Pam Fields Photography It creates a customer upon the submission with a Guest identifier as the name. You can have prompts to follow up and get name, email, phone, etc... (without using AI if you want) and then update those fields, but it would be able to alert you that a live chat was initiated by sms/email/whatsapp this way and then you'd just go to your conversations (or if you're using the internal notification through the app just set it to conversation as the click destination so they can just click the notification and go to the conversation)
Another option is to use the automation to assign the chat to a person or round robin and then trigger the notification just to them. But I tend to alert the team so the first that can hop on and respond does so.
