Be able to be notified by email/sms/slack when someone submits the live chat

Currently, there is no way of us being notified if someone submits the live chat.
It would be great if we could set up so that an email, sms and/or (preferably) slack message is sent when someone wants to get in touch with us.

WORKAROUND: simple automation. Trigger = customer replied in LiveChat. ACTION = Internal Notification - notification - include message body in the body of notification. Redirect to the conversation.

Steve Jones This only works if they are already a customer. If they aren't, there is no way to trigger.
