Allow the user to leave a message while using Business Hours in Chat

When using Business Hours in chat, when closed, allow the user to leave a message with their contact information. This will allow you to be prepared or have the right person to respond by SMS to answer the question when responding to the user.
Allow customization of the description at the top. Example " We are currently closed by by leaving your contact information and a message, we can respond as soon as we are available by text message"
