Your copilot's computer, now in your pocket

Ask AI Computer is now on the HighLevel mobile app. It's the same private cloud machine you use on web: Ask AI uses it like a person would. It browses in a real Chrome, fills in forms, runs code and works with files, and you can follow along from your phone. Start a task from any chat, watch the screen live, take over with a tap and hand it back. Sign-ins go through a private form and Secure Store, never the chat.
What's New
One tap from any chat: every new chat shows a Computer row above the composer. The Computer also has its own chat, which you can find in History.
Watch it live: open the browser full screen to see the real desktop. A status line shows whether it's working, idle, done, needs you, or you're in control.
Take over from your phone: tap to click, drag with two fingers to scroll, and type with your phone's keyboard. Hand back when you're done and it picks up where you left off.
Keep chatting while it works: a live status pill follows you to any chat. Tap it to jump back to the Computer.
Answer it on the spot: when it pauses to ask, you can approve, deny, or choose "Allow for this chat" (lasts 30 days on that site). You'll find these under Allowed actions in Settings, where you can revoke them one at a time or all at once.
Sign-ins that stay private: the sign-in form sends what you type straight to the page, so Ask AI never sees it.
Save a login to Secure Store, then choose whether saved logins are never used, used after asking, or used on matching sites.
It won't fill a saved password on a look-alike site.
Secure Store on mobile: add, edit and delete saved logins for each sub-account.
Files and results: results like sheets, docs and PDFs show up as files in the chat. Files you attach in the chat reach the Computer. The Files sheet lists recent files with a storage meter, and you can tap any file to open it.
Activity log: every step the Computer took, in plain words.
One conversation across devices: turns you send on web show up in the mobile chat when you open it. If the screen is already open on another device, tap Show here to bring it to your phone.
Settings → Computer use: clear browsing data, set saved-login rules, review allowed actions, check storage, or reset one sub-account's profile without touching the others.
Recovers on its own: if the Computer is asleep, Turn on wakes it with your files and sign-ins still there. If the connection drops, it reconnects. If a task was cut off, tap Resume.
Impact
Run tasks away from your desk: start a task, or step in on one, from wherever you are.
You stay in charge: live view, takeover and approvals all work from your phone.
No passwords in chat, on mobile either.
Same controls as web: the same agency switches and sub-account limits apply, so admins have nothing new to set up.
Real Use Cases
Unblock a task on the go. You start a statement pull on web, then head out. The Computer reaches the bank's one-time code step, and your phone shows Needs you. Then you:
