Button Click Tracking: For templates that include interactive elements like URL buttons or quick reply buttons, this feature tracks how many times each button is clicked, giving businesses real-time insights into customer engagement.

👷 How It Works:
View WhatsApp Template Insights:
  1. Go to Settings > WhatsApp > Templates.
  2. Search for the template and click on Reports.
  3. Under Deliverability, view metrics for sent, delivered, and read counts for the selected template.
View Button Click Analytics:
Available for templates categorized as MARKETING or UTILITY.
  1. Go to Settings > WhatsApp > Templates, search for the template, and click on Reports.
  2. Click on Button Clicks to see how often URL or Quick Reply buttons were clicked by recipients.

Statuses and their Meanings:
Sent: Messages sent to the recipient (one tick).
Delivered: Messages delivered to the recipient’s device (two ticks).
Read: Messages opened by the recipient (blue tick).
