Interactive, Guided Conversations: Users can now guide customers through a structured, step-by-step process for booking appointments within WhatsApp, ensuring seamless interaction without needing to leave the app.
Visual Flow Builder: Businesses can create conversational flows using a visual builder, providing flexibility in creating multi-step interactions such as collecting information, offering choices, and scheduling appointments.
Calendar Integration: Users can select available calendars for appointment booking, ensuring real-time synchronization with existing scheduling tools.
Pre-filled Customer Details: To further simplify the booking process, critical customer information such as Time Zone, First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number will be automatically pre-filled in the booking flow, making the process faster and more personalized for the customer.
No External Links Required: With everything happening within WhatsApp, businesses can reduce drop-offs caused by redirecting users to external booking sites, improving customer engagement and satisfaction.
🛠️ How It Works:

  1. Go to Settings > WhatsApp Flows.
  2. Select the flow template for appointment booking.
  3. Choose the calendars you wish to integrate with the WhatsApp Flow.
Customer Experience:
  1. Customers will receive a structured, step-by-step flow to book appointments.
  2. Pre-filled information such as Time Zone, Name, Email, and Phone Number ensures faster completion of the booking process.
  3. They can choose available time slots and provide any additional information without leaving the conversation.
  4. After completing the booking, they will receive a confirmation message directly in WhatsApp.
Customization & Templates:
Businesses can use customizable templates to create tailored appointment booking flows suited to specific customer needs and appointment types.

📌 Limitations:
Payments for appointments cannot be processed through this flow.
Only default form fields can be used for appointment booking.
Recurring events and guest support are not available.
