block the delivery of marketing templates to US phone numbers
. With the Template Rewriter, users can convert their marketing templates into utility templates—allowing continued messaging to US-based customers without interruption.

    Convert to Utility Template

  3. The AI will:
- Rewrite the message content to match
utility messaging guidelines

- Retain all critical assets (variables + media).
- Rename the template by appending "_utility".
- Submit the new utility template for Meta review.
