Overview
To maintain calling infrastructure quality, service reliability, and coverage across global telecom networks, we are updating list prices for select international Inbound (Incoming) and Outbound (Outgoing) Voice minutes.

🔍 WHY ARE PRICES CHANGING?
Telecommunications carriers periodically update the per-minute costs associated with routing and connecting voice calls across global networks.
These pricing adjustments reflect updates in those underlying carrier connection costs and our ongoing investments in global voice infrastructure and call quality.
✅ WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
No action is required.
The new list prices will automatically take effect on October 13, 2026.
If you have an active fixed-price agreement covering any of the affected voice routes, your contracted pricing will remain unchanged for the duration of that agreement.
