How It Works
Enabled Outbound Calling feature from VoiceAI
Create an Agent inside the Voice AI builder.
Go to Workflow and add an Outbound Call Workflow Action and choose your Voice AI agent.
The system automatically calls the recipient and handles the full two-way conversation using your defined prompt, knowledge base, and voice settings. Every call is recorded, analyzed, and logged with summaries and sentiment scores in the Conversation AI dashboard.

How to Use It
Step 1:
Enable Outbound Calling and Accept the T&C
Step 2:
Do your KYC (with Persona) to verify your account
Step 3:
View all the non compliant product touchpoints. All products should seek consent from user to receive an automated business call. This is a very important legal consideration to limit spams calls to your customers.
Step 4:
Insert the right consent disclaimer. Consult with your legal team for the right consent msg, they should contain the following consent language. - A clear statement that the user agrees to receive both text messages and phone calls
- A disclosure that calls may be automated, pre-recorded, or use an AI voice
- A statement that the user agrees to receive marketing communications from your business
- Information on how the user can opt out of future messages



Now check compatibility and proceed to update this disclaimer on all your product touchpoint.
Step 5:
Now create a agent for outbound calling and change the main prompt and also change the initial greeting msg for outbound
Initial Greeting Msg can be chosen from "Concise", "Standard" and "Conversational"
You can add the intent msg for the agent which will be spoken post the disclaimer.

Please note:
- Calls are made at a rate of one call per minute per location
- Each location can make up to 100 calls per day
- Each phone number can be called only once per day, any additional call is scheduled for the next day
- Each phone number can be called a maximum of 4 times in 2 weeks, calls exceeding this limit will fail
- Calls are scheduled only between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM as per the contacts phone number timezone
- Calls can only be made to contacts who have opted in to receive AI calls, and who have not enabled DND
- Calls can only be made to United States numbers

- AI Disclosure: Calls begin with a brief, configurable statement identifying the AI agent.
- Recording Consent: Optional pre-record notice to comply with regional laws.
- DNC & KYC Checks: Automatic suppression for numbers on national DNC lists and gated sub-account activation based on KYC status.
Notes & Limitations
- Available for Agency Admin and sub-accounts with Voice AI enabled.
- Toll-free numbers are currently not supported for outbound AI calls.
- Voice Engine charges waived until Dec 31 2025 (LLM pricing applies as per usage).
- Call recording and consent settings must be configured per region before launch.
