We’ve been running the
Voice AI Chat Widget

Private Beta

Following strong feedback and successful real-world tests, we’re
now opening it to all agencies via Labs!

  1. Define your Voice AI Agent’s display name (e.g., “BuilderAi”) right inside the Chat Widget builder.
  2. The name appears in the live widget, helping agencies craft on-brand, humanized AI experiences.
🛑 Built-In Call Recording Notice
To ensure clarity and compliance, the widget displays:
  1. “All voice AI calls made using chat widgets cannot be recorded.”
  2. This transparency prevents confusion and makes it clear that voice calls using chat widgets cannot be recorded.

🔐 reCAPTCHA Protection
  1. Automatically prevents misuse or bot-driven repeated call attempts.
  2. If a visitor connects/disconnects
    10 times within 60 seconds
    , a reCAPTCHA prompt appears before they can continue.

🎬 How to Get Started
Step 1: Enable in Labs
Navigate to
Settings
>
Labs
and enable
“Voice AI Chat Widget.”
Once enabled:
  • Agencies can control whether to turn it on for each
    sub-account
    individually or for all the sub-accounts.
  • The feature will appear automatically in the Chat Widget creation dialog once enabled.
Step 2: Configure the Voice AI Chat Widget
  1. Go to
    Sites
    >
    Chat Widgets
    .

  1. Create a new one with
    Voice AI as the widget type

  1. In the
    Agent Tab
    , select
    Voice AI Agent
    .

  1. Enter your
    AI Agent Name
    (e.g., “BuilderAi”) if user want to have a different display name of the agent in action.
  2. Save your changes to create a voice AI widget.
Step 3: Embed in Your Website or Funnel

  1. Click
    Get Code
    in the builder.
  2. Copy the
    <script>
    and paste it into your website or funnel page.
  3. Visitors can now click the
    microphone icon
    to start a real-time voice conversation with the AI.
