  2. Choose the Premium Support plan
  3. Complete the subscription process and gain access to premium features.

  1. Once subscribed, you’ll now see a slack button in the support panel. click on it and fill the in-app setup form where you can:
  • Choose a custom name for your dedicated Slack channel
  • Share your preferred time to connect and your time zone
  • Add comments on what you’d like help with
