Updates in Terms and Conditions in Forms/Surveys 😇😇

This update introduces changes to the terms and conditions when adding phone elements and a new way of handling links to privacy policies and terms of service in forms and surveys.

The default terms and conditions have been updated when a phone element is added.

Default terms and conditions message asks user-specific consent for using their contact number and is compliant as per A2P.

Separate text elements containing links to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service will now be added automatically when a phone element is included in the Form/Survey Builder.

Resolved issues with conditional logic not working for the country field and user-specific checkbox field.
