A banner will now be displayed on the Phone Numbers page under Sub-Account View > Settings > Phone Numbers > Manage Numbers. This banner highlights pending UK KYC registration for sub-accounts with at least one unverified UK phone number.
Who Will See the Banner?
Sub-accounts in LC Phone with at least one unverified UK phone number (not linked to an approved regulatory bundle).
Duration: The banner will not be displayed after the registration is complete or after 31st December 2024, whichever comes first.
Why This Update?
This banner is designed to increase awareness about pending UK KYC registrations thereby ensuring sub-accounts meet the compliance deadline.
