This update brings a fresh look and enhanced functionality to notifications for Agency and Location level, designed to improve user experience and address issues with repetitive, unremovable alerts.

We’re also laying the groundwork for upcoming features like snoozing, descriptions, new alerts based on your valuable feedback!

What’s New?

Modern Design: Upgraded UI of Notifications now provides more vibrant, better redesigned look, aligning with the updated visual style for a more polished and cohesive experience. (UI/UX Improvement of Notifications)
Sidebar Section: Access unread and read alerts from a dedicated sidebar section, making it easier to stay organized.
Visual Categorization: Alerts are color-coded from critical to normal, enabling users to prioritize responses effectively. [ Red - Critical alerts, -Yellow - Warning/Information alerts and Blue - General could be promotional or system generated]
Optimized Behavior: Enhanced notification timing ensures that alerts appear only when relevant, reducing distractions.

How to Enable:

Navigate to the
Agency View > Agency Settings > Labs
Toggle on
“Enhanced Notification and Alerts”
to get the new Upgraded UI for Notification banners and alerts.
