Snapshot for Conversation AI
What's New?
We’ve introduced Snapshot for GHL Conversation AI, allowing users to seamlessly replicate their Conversation AI configurations across subaccounts. This enhancement builds on our existing snapshot functionality, making it easier than ever to scale and manage Conversation AI setups efficiently.
Additionally, we’ve enhanced the snapshot feature for Conversation AI bots, enabling users to efficiently replicate their fully configured bots across subaccounts. This update simplifies bot management, reduces setup time, and ensures consistency in bot performance.
How It Works?
- Create a Snapshot– Capture your Conversation AI configurations, including agents, settings, workflows, actions like update contact info, and prompts.
- Transfer to Another Subaccount– Apply the snapshot in any subaccount to instantly replicate the Conversation AI setup.
- Maintain Key Components– All essential AI settings are preserved, ensuring consistency across accounts.
What’s Included?
- Conversation AI Bots – Replicates all bots that is present in a sub account
- Settings – Transfers all settings except the assigned business name.
- Prompts & Actions – Ensures your AI interactions remain intact.
- Workflows & Triggers – Automatically transfers workflows linked to the AI.
- Custom & Standard Fields Handling – Ensures data consistency.
- Primary Bot Handling – If no primary bot exists in the new subaccount, the primary bot from the snapshot will be set as the primary bot.
- Knowledge Base & FAQs – Included as separate components.
- Conflict Handling – Provides options to overwrite or skip agents with existing configurations.
Handling Conflicts & Edge Cases:
- Bot Name Conflicts – If the target subaccount has a bot with a conflicting name, users must resolve the conflict manually.
- Missing Calendars – The system will prompt users to reconfigure settings for appointment booking.
- Primary Bot Exists – If a primary bot is already active, the system will not override it.
Error Handling & Notifications:
If any components fail to transfer, users receive clear messages to reconfigure settings:
Errors will be visually highlighted with red font, an error tag, and an alert symbol.
Why It Matters?
- Faster Deployment – Set up Conversation AI across subaccounts in minutes.
- Consistency – Maintain uniform AI behavior and performance.
- Simplified Management – Reduce manual configuration efforts.
- Streamlined Adoption – Encourages greater use of AI by making setup easier and more scalable.
