Email campaigns often underperform when sent at the wrong time. Manually guessing the best send time adds friction and reduces engagement.
🚀What We Did
  • Introduced Smart Send as a 5th option on the Send & Schedule screen.
  • System analyses recipient engagement data (opens, clicks, events) over the last 60 days.
  • Provides a Best Time Recommendation per campaign to maximise engagement.
  • Enhanced analytics dashboard: shows engagement lift (%) compared to location averages.
⚒️How to Use
  1. Go to Marketing → Email Builder
  2. Click on Campaigns → Create a new campaign.
  3. Click on Send or Schedule button after creating your campaign.
  4. Select the new Smart Send option.
