Email campaigns often underperform when sent at the wrong time. Manually guessing the best send time adds friction and reduces engagement.
🚀What We Did
- Introduced Smart Send as a 5th option on the Send & Schedule screen.
- System analyses recipient engagement data (opens, clicks, events) over the last 60 days.
- Provides a Best Time Recommendation per campaign to maximise engagement.
- Enhanced analytics dashboard: shows engagement lift (%) compared to location averages.
⚒️How to Use
- Go to Marketing → Email Builder
- Click on Campaigns → Create a new campaign.
- Click on Send or Schedule button after creating your campaign.
- Select the new Smart Send option.

- Fill in all the fields and then click “Get Recommendation” → system analyses engagement data.


- Launch your campaign. Post-send, check analytics to see engagement lift from Smart Send.
