What’s new?
You can now start HighLevel workflows from Slack activity with
five new instant triggers
. Respond to direct messages, channel joins, app mentions, channel messages, and emoji reactions from the workflow builder.
Why this matters
Team requests, conversations, and feedback often begin in Slack. These triggers turn that activity into workflow steps, helping you route requests, welcome teammates, and notify the right people without manually watching channels.
How it works
Go to
Automation > Workflows
, open a workflow, click
Add trigger
, and search for
Slack
. Choose a trigger and select your connected Slack account.
